How has this week sucked? Let me count the ways...
Actually it's so many ways, I don't think I can list them all. I am so tired, I can't even work up to a good weep.
Work has been so difficult. And in the middle of all the busyness and difficulty, one of our clients found a mistake to the tune of $1M. One of my managers quit, another is sulking and a third is an incredible pain in the ass. I'm drowning in paper work, I'm at least 3 weeks behind in getting things done.
Life in general has been rough as well. Mom is not well although they haven't determined yet what is wrong. I'm feeling rather more isolated and lonely than usual ( yes it is possible). I'm kind of looking forward to next week, Ian is away. Heather is away as well, doing a show, so I won't be doing anything but working and thinking. Doesn't sound like fun but I actually feel like I need a good, cleansing "woe is me" night (maybe a couple of nights) and I'll have plenty of time for that.
Going to get my hair cut and next Friday I'll have my bonus and I plan to spend lots of money. First purchase ia a new lap top, second purchase is a brand new ipod. I am very excited.
Oh well, I'm tired and still pretty drunk - bed is calling
