I'm too old for homework
What 7 year old needs an hour of homework. We had reading (20 minutes) writing in response to the reading, 8 vocabulary words to look up and define, 2 previous nights writing to make corrections to and a page of math problems. We got through it but there were afew tears towards to the end.
Busy today. I finally bought Marvel 1602 and it's excellent. I really want to stay home on the couch all day tomorrow and read and watch the Veronica Mars DVDs. Oh well, it's not to be. The rest of the week is going to be difficult. Meeting all day Thursday with my boss, her boss and a bunch of managers from around the country who I don't know. I am not a people person (I know I hide it so well) and when combined with work it will be a rather stressful day. Then dinner with the same group, a night at a hotel (god I hope my boss remembers she said she'd put the hotel on her card) and another meeting on Fri morning.
Ian is going out Sat morning with his uncle to a father's club event so I'll get some down time. I don't know what I'll do with myself but I'm sure I'll think of something.
