I cry during a movie if the writing is good. It doesn't even have to be a happy or sad scene.

I've known this for a while, but I thought I'd share because yesterday I watched Adaptation and Little Miss Sunshine again.

Hee. I find myself inexplicably crying during movies, too. Sometimes it's when all the elements of the film just come together so beautifully...

I also watched "La Misma Luna" (in English that's "The Same Moon") this weekend. It's your typical hero's journey kind of thing, only the hero is a nine year old Mexican boy searching his mother in Los Angeles. I highly recommend it.
