i don't mind married people--seeing as how i'm one of them. but i don't make a big to-do about being married and a lot of people who have known me for for years finally see the ring on my finger and they say, "hey, are you married?" wedding pictures (no offense to anyone who has them) bore the living shit out of me and it drives me insane when i see folks on facebook with their wedding pictures all like "this is who i am, it's the real me, a stupid white dress and some crazy photoshopping to make me look like a damn barbie doll with my teeth all white and my hair all did." that's some crazy dumb shit....

and you have no reason to feel disappointed in yourself. you are raising a baby. a baby! and i'd like to see some of those "is the father involved?"-asking folks try to raise a baby.
