I learned that I'm very, very ... very out of shape. Funny how starting to exercise is almost more depressing than being lazy in that you have to actually face that fact that if someone was chasing you down, you'd probably die.

I don't want to face that fact, but it is there nonetheless. Although I don't know if I'd die from someone chasing me down...probably more from whatever they'd do to me (i.e., kill me).

Now that I think about it, I'd like to stay in the less depressing state of being lazy.
