I read the little fic like 5 times already.
As for ideas...I'll think about it too. In general I just love when Sherlock is vulnerable and John knows what to do. Milk is definitely something to work with.
Or maybe (am such an h/c girl) one of them is scared or in danger an the other comes to rescue?
You mentioned the rare moments in which Sherlock is scared - I don't know, maybe they're chased or cornered by dogs and John has to help or John is somewhere lost/captured and Sherlcok finds the way to him 'coz of his cat senses.
Or sofa cuddling, Sherlock curling up against John.
Or....I don't know if you intended to have him having a tail but John could discover it. Or Shelrock is hurt there and is ashamed of John finding out but needing a doctor nevertheless.
