I feel you there! I know how it goes, not really feeling the urge to party all the time, party all the time. I think you are just a mature girl who sees the fivolity of partying and is beyond it. Don't think anything is wrong with you, cause its not. And next year when we're living in an acual house you won't have to worry about drunk people outside your place anymore! So yay!
