*sympathetic nod* I have some friends who get... I'd say "aggressive", they'd say "assertive", when they want to get their way. But I think about how I'd feel, being on the receiving end--and sometimes I ask, what if it were me? Usually they tell me that it'd be different, or that I wouldn't make whatever mistake/do whatever thing. But you know, the unsatisfied customers in my past probably felt equally justified....
