Things are back to normal this week. Yay!! Stephen is working his normal 37 hour week instead of an 80 plus hour one, and at work everyone is back from their sick leave and training courses which means that Sheila and I are no longer doing the work of six people. Hurrah ( Read more... )

Oh my god - work is crazy today. Two people are off sick, and our manager is on a training course. Which means that three of us are doing the work of six people and it is totally manic. Poor Kat. She went to see the consultant about her arthritis yesterday and they have told her that on top of all the drugs she is already taking, she will now have to inject herself with a painkiller twice a week. She is so strong - she just takes all the crap that comes with her illness in her stride, but I think that the news about the injections ( Read more... )

I wish you all a very happy 2005 whatever you will be doing over the next twelve months. For myself my main aim is to complete the counselling course at No.5 so that I can become a volunteer counsellor with them. Aside from that I think just to have fun!! Now that is a resolution that I can get my teeth into - hee hee!!
