I just saw the pope. He was 20 feet or so away. I've seen less security for the President. I also finally got to meet a lot of the people in my office while standing outside (it's a slow day). I'm being offered 37k/year to become a management trainee. It'll be at a huge company and I'll be promoted quickly and get lots of benefits and after 9 months have an equivalent of an MBA. Fine, I guess I'll throw my support behind Obama. Although he's on the same page as me for the issues, he sure doesn't make it easy to find that out. And that evasiveness turned me off him for a long time.

I find it infinitely amusing that after sports journalists put their heads together for several months, the best nickname for the Patriots-videotaping-scandal-thing is "Spygate."
