Parks and Rec Rare-Pairs Comment Meme!
WELCOME TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION NON-CANON COUPLE/RARE-PAIR MEME!
Okay, so numbers_robot and I were discussing Parks, as we do, and the subject of non-canon couples came up. And - at least in my humble opinion - Parks is rife with so much wonderful, wonderful shipping fodder. You might like a little Ben x Chris in your life. How about a taste of Leslie x April. Maybe even getting some Jean-Ralphio x Donna going on. Whatever you ship, let's celebrate it!
1. This sounds swell! But how exactly is this whole thing going to work?

2. Cool! How many prompts can I leave? Is there a restriction on what kinds of couples I can prompt for?
Leave as many as you want! And the only restriction (pretty lenient when it comes to it, too) is that it should be non-canon, or if we're really stretching it, at least a rare-pair in the fandom. For example! A Ben/Leslie prompt wouldn't really be appropriate to this specific meme, because they're canon and there are a lot of stories out there for them already! But Ben/Ann would be, because it's never happened in show.
3. Well it sounds like those are romantic ships. What about friendships?
This is where things might get a little fuzzy, because there are so many friendships on the show, almost everything's canon. But. Tentatively, I say that's fine. In the spirit of the meme, Leslie/Ann wouldn't be okay, because that's a really prominent friendship on the show. But if, ever since Leslie said "Jean-Ralphio dance up on me" you've been yearning for a fic where Leslie and Jean-Ralphio take a salsa class together, then it would be fine to prompt something like that!
4. Anything else I might need to know?
