Wow, I keep forgetting of all the stuff I can do wiht a cable modem (mainly: play games online). I'm beginning to want to play an online game... something with Mitch and/or Hoef and/or other friends. Yeah. You can hook your GC into your modem.. it's just not very simple. You need:

1) Cable Modem Router
2) Ethernet Cable
3) GC Cable Modem
4) Gamecube
5) Up to, or including your pants.

You need to get your cable modem, and hook it into the Router, and then use the ethernet cables, and then plug your PC into the router, Now, you run Ethernet cables all through your house, into another room, where the GC is. You have to accomplish this by usually drilling holes into your basement (or crawl-space) to route the cable. All of this might run you about $200-$300. :)

I could just tape/staple the wire to the corners of the ceiling (or on the corners of the floor) to the GC room. That should cut down on most of the money....right? Assuming my mom wouldnt say "that'll make the house look to ugly....*ahem* er, even more ugly"...
