In order to keep my current flat, I'm going to need someone else to move in this summer when lord_sandwich moves out.

So, is anyone interested in living in Leytonstone, NE London? Double room in a 2 bedroom flat, 5 minutes walk from Leytonstone station on the Central Line (Zone 3/4). Rent currently £400 a month + bills.

Current contract expires 3rd August. Not yet sure if there's going to be overlap in either direction.

I may have to negotiate with whoever takes up my room to stay on a few extra days or leave some stuff there for a while. Unfortunately things are a bit up in the air until I can confirm where the_teflon_monk will be working, so we can start flat-hunting together.
