Are you referring to London? Apparently they have something called the Cobra Bunker which is a few storeys underground. It has a meeting table and a bunch of screens where they have video conferencing and tv screens. If you're not then it's probably what ben said.

And I agree. I guess the good thing about the bad things is that they bring us together...
