[When she all but ran right past him (because he didn't know how fast she was coming!) he barked out happily.]

Oh! It's the Cook-san! Are you the one the Samurai-san said was coming?

[Misao whipped around at the old man's voice, running to the source. She skidded to a stop when she saw him.]

Ojiisan! I guess you're Himura's friend? I don't think there's another "samurai-san" out there . . .
