where the cold wind blows
Stamping my feet, rubbing my hands; my Gosh is it cold... I know its a logistical benefit to take in our jackets early to avoid the lengthy processing and packing, but a thin cotton tee and cotton shorts are not made to withstand the cold, much less when a wind kicks up; which it does every 5 minutes
