So I'm tired of feeling food guilt. I will go all day w/out eating and for some reason I ruin my entire day out of guilt by
chewing and spitting, or munching, or purging. Not eating is soo easy for me. So I am going to embrace it.
I am just not going to eat for as long as possible. When or if I eat, my calorie limit per day will be 250/ 300 max. 200
