No no, weighing constantly keeps me sane (I know it sounds stupid but its true) I can’t eat if I don’t know how much I weigh, it makes me really anxious, I can even end up not drinking water too and that’s always really bad. . I know how much weight can fluxuate in a day, I know how much a cup of tea will put me up or a small plate of food, I know how much I’ll drop in the course of a day, being up by 2.6lbs after eating is far far from disastrous, it’ll be all gone by the morning. But keeping tab of whats going in and out, how my weights dropping ect keeps me from getting discouraged and makes me able to eat, I’m having crisps now because I know my breakfast wasn’t too big, if I hadn’t weighed myself though I would eaten nothing at all for the rest of the day because I felt so full after my meal.. So even though it seems crazy I’m very aware of how much my weight can change hour to hour but I’m so familiar with how my body works it rarely throws any curve balls. I don’t think it’s a good approach for most people but it works for me ( ... )
