I'm carrying a pic of my thinspiration in my pocket every day as well :) Sometimes I scribble "No" or "I'm not hungry" all over my hand or on my arms so that only I can see it. That helps.
I keep myself from eating by drinking bottles of Diet Coke because it stops the feeling of being hungry ... or I merely brush my teeth until the hunger pains disappear.
i didn't do this on purpose, but yesterday i was reading old entries on this journal and i realized how i had made absolutely no progress in over a year in stuff, and i was taken over by the urge to work out. and i did for nearly an hour, so that was good.
i also take a salsa lesson once a week, which is super fun but which reminds me of how incredibly fat i am ... anything that gets me in front of a mirror, really. and pictures - pictures remind me, too.
and i drink tea and diet coke when i'm hungry, so that i don't feel like i'm going to puke (which is what my hunger feels like, annoyingly enough).
