Our girl Anastacia is determined that the incidence of breast cancer in young women receive special attention and more medical research. Women under the age of 40 are not generally targeted for breast cancer screening, self-examination and mammograms, except in situations where there is family history of breast cancer.
In her partnership with The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Anastacia and her fans are raising funds for research on breast cancer in young women: why it happens, how to prevent it, and how to treat and cure it if it does occur.
