 So, I get home on Monday feeling sick from the landing and I'm still feeling sick.  Occasional waves of nausea, fat headache and now my neck is totally screwed up affecting my posture.  I'm leaning to the left

Well, at least you made it out before the volcano in Iceland spewed!! All flights in Britain and Ireland are grounded at the moment!
