Ack, I've been hunting around LA for some place who'll put Keyhole Buttonholes into garments with little success.
In NY I knew exactly where I could take things...

I only used them to repair a vintage dress that had been sat on a chair of nails. It was vintage tafeta and they repaired it perfectly.
But I know they've been the tailor and cleaner to Hollywood for EVER. This is where the movies take shit to get done.

If you contact any local fashion school they might have the machine or can orientate you towards someone who can do it for you.
