I have these crazy Hungarian neighbors who are always yelling at us from next door.. but on Wed or Thurs I get this note on my car saying : "Don't slam your car door after 9pm" which I thought was really absurd and I didn't say anything back to them or to the note.. on Friday I see a police officer walking over to my car from my window, so I run

When I lived in Ballard, I parked my car on the street because it was a residential area with a ton of street parking ...for residents, naturally. One day, the streets were crowded so I had to park further away from my house than normal (it was less than a block!) And when I returned to my car, I had a notice on it that my "abandoned" car was illegally parked and that they were going to tow it. I was like, WTF. And then a neighbor saw me through her window and opened it up to call to me. She said, "Oh, is that your car? We just had never seen it before so we didn't know!" When I told her, Uh lady I live RIGHT THERE (point) she then shrugged and told me, "Well maybe you should park in front of your house instead of mine."

I think you should call the cops on their car.
