Miyazaki is my hero. I've only seen Spirited Away and bits of Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, but I've really enjoyed them both.

I have only seen Howl's Moving Castle and My Neighbor Totoro (both of which I recommend) but I read the books of Nausicaa which, from everything i've heard, go much farther in depth than the movie, and are quite good. Like, entire perspective-shifting good.
