I don't know the "nuclear winter" theme, but I will say that the choice of the scarfy icon makes this sound so much more triumphant.

Well, "Nuclear Winter" is, or so I gather, a Soviet super-villian who brings an entirely new spin to the old "cold" war. Imagine what a minor-key male-chorus russian-inspired theme song stating his name would sound like, and you will get the right idea, even if you have the wrong melody ;)
