Me and Kelly would love to come but I get off work at noon and you guys start at 11pm. Would I still be able to make it if I got there around 3pm?

well we normally float the river until around 6ish.
and after that its drinking by a campfire if we are able to get a campsite

3 would be fine, I imagine we actually won't start until around then. 11 was just a base time, it will no doubt take a while to get the campground setup and all that stuff before we even start partying.
