Beckett and Castle team up with federal agent Jordan Shaw in the hunt for a serial killer who they discover is dedicating his murders to Beckett. Castle finds himself intrigued by the FBI toys while Beckett's territory is threatened by Shaw's aggressive approach.
Beckett is left homeless, and becomes a liability to Agent Shaw when her apartment is destroyed by the killer. She and Castle are determined to find the killer, and when Agent Shaw is kidnapped, Beckett's instincts and Castle's writer's intuition combine to save the day, and catch the killer.
I love everything in these eps, including Dana Delany. I would've loved to have her back, though she got the lead of a new show. There's the idea of bringing a new FBI agent for another two parter this season, who will be played by Adrian Pasdar aka as Nathan Petrelli on Heroes. Sounds good to me.
Love Beckett centric episodes and this story about a killer obsessed with the character of Nikki Heat works pretty well to see bad ass cop Beckett vulnerable again.
