Work deja-vu and dinner plans

Work has been very difficult ever since the quarter started. We came back to work on Jan 2, and the faculty assistant with whom I'm partnered for back-up support was suddenly out on medical leave. We've gone week to week not certain if she will return. My boss is recommending
