Isn't it ridiculous? I guess if my mind had been quicker, I might have thought up a good excuse not to go, but I'm just not that good at swift evasive tactics. It was not so bad at lunch today, but it was a big relief to have it done with. And of course they put me on the spot about whether I'm coming back to work after my leave is up, and I had to fudge that one. No, I'm not. No, I'm not telling them that.
One more day!

Thanks, Karl! We are pretty excited ourselves. I'm hoping the baby is born somewhere between June 17 and June 25. That's my request. :)
