So a new year is beginning, and so is a new chapter in my life. My resolution for 2009 isn't going to be much- but it's probably going to be one of the most meaningful ones for me. Usually by the time I get around to logging on lj, it always seems to me that there is not much left to say. Usually a lot of the thinking I do is when i'm offline, and by the time I arrive on it- i feel too tired to repeat myself. So 6 pcs of designs have no been transfered into carding, i'll finish cutting everything out tomorow!!! WOOT I really do feel like i'm moving into the direction planned for my future. It isn't bad, except I woke up too late once again- Had mac and cheese for late lunch, then went to wash my hair, dry it. Then redye the same colours in it- green and purpleeeeee....it had been fading, and got to the point where it was about 2 inches of green near the roots- then went straight to a platinum blonde-ish gray splotch! So far so good it seems, things are where I want it to be...and the rest is falling into place. A bookshelf has been built in the studio so all the fabrics could be stacked up properly without piling all over the place. So yesterday I went to meet up with a highschool classmate whom I've never spoken to until now- she is actually really nice and has an awesome sense of humour. Who knew i'd find someone else that wants to have a litter of white kittens, then attack them with natural food dyes ( Read more... )

So i went downtown to shop and picked up a lot of essential things to upkeep maintenance in every aspect of my life. Got 2 bottles of punky dye: Purple, and Apple Green. I'm most likely to get Spring Green if the Apple Green turns out too bright, i'll mix it with Apple Green and try redying to achieve a more brighter apple green.
