On the latest fandomsecrets someone compared True Blood to Twilight (as in equally bad). Cue people agreeing that it`s "trash". WTF? Aside from being my beloved camp show, nothing deserves being compared to Twilight. I mean, nothing. Where do these people come from?

They're confusing "trash" with "trashy", it happens. Don't worry, they're just illiterate.

Trashy is something that you know is ridiculous and camp and sleazy and eye-candy and all that great stuff but still perfectly fine entertainment. Trash is mormon vampires masking a horrible story of an abusive boyfriend. Trufax.
