Ooh, pretty - looks like you really experimented with the fade in and fade out.

For the 1st icon of Ouran High School Host Club, the space there is rather too big - looks like it's meant to be filled by words! And the 10th icon - the white/fading out part is too jarring.

I really like no. 25, 30, 31, and 35 among the Naruto icons. The way the icon fits together is rather nice, especially 31. I can't really see what the ghostly shade in 37 is though, so it looks kind of strange.

Overall: Nice work, but you could try working with the saturation - some icons are so lightly coloured I can't really see what's happening (Naruto 13) and some have strange fade outs in the middle (Ouran High School Host Club 6). :)

Although I somewhat agree with the OP of the comment, sometimes its nice to have a different space/crop in an icon. As with Ouran #1. I enjoy the space and I don't feel it lacks.
I agree though that the icons would be either a little more saturated or a little sharper. Sharpness will help identify things. But some icon makers use saturation on low as a great look, so it really just depends on the icon. :) I like these icons, so nice work. <3
