Oh, this was so warm and gorgeous!! Love Dean taking care of Sam, and I loved all the Feels that came out of this ep. Thanks for this glimpse of them rattling around in that big old place, and for some nice SamnDean old school. :)

That was just so sweet.
This could totaly have happened after 8x20. I meen Dean put of his jacket after the hug which meens he didn't want to leave right away.
Loved this episode as much as you.
In contrast to Becky, Charlie really gets what the supernatural books are about.

I noticed that about the jacket during my second watch of the episode! And it made me stupidly happy because at one point during this fic I was thinking, "Crap, what if we find out next week that they left right away!" But the jacket makes me feel better. ;)

And I totally agree with you about Charlie versus Becky. I thought Becky was amusing, to a certain extent, but Charlie really gets both Sam and Dean, and I think that's why she's so much more likable. I want her back right now!!

I am amused! We both wrote Dean centric and used "hacking up a lung" and we had some serious concerned!Dean and everything else and I swear to you I didn't read this before I sent it to you! I am impressed.

Anyway this is so much better than mine and I love it! I love how close they are and how in character and I just have no words.

I also think you captured a really interesting side to Dean that, while different from what we usually see, really dovetails well into the end of the last episode.
