Now, I love snow and winter and we totally got jipped this year. But I'm not gunna lie. The sun is so haaaaaaaaaappy! Today it actually looked like EMU's campus was populated rather than a ghost town! There were actually people walking around, standing around, OUTSIDE. It was sooooo weird ( Read more... )

THANK YOU!! I was so afraid that my crazy, freaky friends that were rejoicing at the cold and crappy weather would be complaining about how un-winter-like it was today.

Haha. How could I *NOT* love this weather? People are seriously dancing in the parking lots, footballs are flying everywhere, everyone has a smile on their face... The mood is certainly contagious.

I also find it highly amusing that my facebook news feed lists like 5 different people who have all changed their status to "... is loving this weather!" in the last half hour. :)

THIS DAY ROCKS MY SOCKS! I was walking outside in nothing but a T-SHIRT. In MARCH. That's not even supposed to happen in MARYLAND!

Yeah today, from a meteorological perspective, was amazing. It hit 71 at Ann Arbor, and it was perfectly sunny all day. I ended up sitting on the walkway in the Law Quad for half an hour, just enjoying the sunshine and warmth.

How ironic that the past 48 hours have been the worst 48 hours of 2007 for me. :(

It was pretty nice today. I just hope that we at least get some thunderstorms out of it tomorrow to make the warmth truly worth it. And then it can snow again. ;)
