things to like
.weather. autumn + winter. i love mittens and scarves. and the smell of rain on dry & hot asphault, or rain in general. thunderstorms. and how different temperatures, weather and seasons smell different. i especially love how my cheeks get red after i come in from the snow.
.music. i love just listening to the lyrics and how beautiful a song is.
.train stations and airports. i love the sadness and happiness and all the feelings that come with those places. there are so many you can almost reach out and touch them.
.not loneliness itself, but the things that go with it. like being awake when no one else is and silence. laying on the floor with my headphones on and trying to block out the sounds my family makes. laying on the cold hard floor.
.photography and everything to do with it.
.literature. writing + reading, and especially rediscovering a favorite book.
.clothes and wardrobes, original styles and individuality, beauty and lovely things.
.taking long slow walks.
.how sweet water tastes when i'm incredibly thirsty.
.cites at night and how it isn't dark or light.
.bones. especially hipbones, wrists, and collarbones.
things to dislike:
.people who take trivial things seriously and think it's the end of the world when they don't go right.
.dumb girls.
.people who don't appreciate the beauty of good music.
.adults who don't understand how tough it can be to kid
.mean people, dumb people, liars and cheaters.
.people who don't know when they should stop talking.
.people who are afraid of death. there's really no need for it. everyone will die someday.
.people who take their religion too seriously.
.people who don't use proper english on the computer.
.middle school kids who think that they are "emo" and depressed and that their lives are horrible because their parents told them they're not allowed to watch tv or go to the park today.
.little sluts and little girls who think boys and looking pretty are the only things that matter.
.people who conform to a group of "non-conformists", thinking it will make them original.
.the importance put on school.
.when someone confuses they're and their, or you're and your. though i do it sometimes. when i do i get so mad at myself.
