this has been a good day. despite the severe thunderstorm taking out a maple branch that then destroyed a lilac bush, I was rather spoiled today. I got like 60 bazillion cookies in the mail today from my brother, and my husband shared the pleasures of tea and cookies. maybe to excess. but it was glorious excess
