So, I am planning on cutting my calories back to 400 a day to start, because I have been binging like crazy and have gained 3 pounds in the last couple of days and then plan on cutting those calories in half for 200 a day. Does that sound like it will work

i tend to eat negative calorie foods when i'm restricting, such as lettuce, cucumber and celery(which i personally loathe but is good for becoming thin).
good luck with it, i'm sorry that your mum calls you fat, i hope you reach your goal!!
