Liberal and Conservative Elitists

I am working on my Masters' project and am currently exploring what comes to people's minds when they think of the stereotypes of the elitist liberal and elitist conservative. If you could list a few of the first thoughts that come to mind when you think of either/both of those stereotypes, I'd be greatly appreciative. Also, indicate where you fall

I'm very much on the Liberal side.
Immediate thoughts...

Elitist Liberal:
Pretentious, thinks they know better than everyone else, good ideas, weak on action.

Elitist Conservative:
Privatize everything, rich, disconnected from the average citizen, corporate favoritism.
