So, every year in Darwin at the end of the Dry season there comes what is known as the Build Up. This is a time of year when the days heat up from around 30 C to 35 C. Great cloud formations tower and drift enticingly, providing spectacular sunsets and an ongoing tease as they steadfastly refuse to rain for months. Meanwhile the humidity in the air

We're just coming out of rainy season here, and everyone is talking about how it took extraordinarily long to get rainy/hot this year. Alarming stuff on both sides of the globe.
