Today was a sad, bad day. I think i made myself ill by shaking that bloody charity bucket in torrential downpours yesterday, wearing only a summer dress. i have strained my foot. i feel fat. i am hormonal. i rose to bait i should have left alone because i am stressed and upset, which has only created more unnecessery drama. I think i shall go back
