scorpions anyone

I have just added scorpions and jellyfish to my list of strange foods :) Yeah yeah I know I'm a vegetarian now, but I've decided strange foods are an exception. Afterall, what self respecting person could say they were offered a deep fried scorpion but turned it down cuz they don't eat meat

In all honesty, I think a large number of self-respecting vegetarians could turn down a deep fried scorpion because they didn't eat meat.

But that's just me...

Are scorpions meat? I mean, there's not really any, you know, meat. From what I'm picturing, it's mostly exoskeleton. And pincers.

Basically, if you'd step on it, I wouldn't feel too guilty about eating it.
