I literally almost cried tonight. I felt the tears build up like water crashing against a dam, almost spilling over. It took all my willpower to build the walls of the dam higher and higher so that no water would spill. But my voice quivered and I sounded as if I was almost afraid of something; maybe myself, maybe the way I was feeling, who knows.
