So Alex and I were battlestar galactica theorising last night and he came up with an awesome possibility, so help me out, look at these three pictures for me. WARNING If it's right, then this is a spoiler for season 3

They're so not - Casey's lips and philtrum are much narrower, which I don't think is something that would change over the 4/5 year age difference. I stand by the theory that Casey is either a Cylon or a robot anyway, though. :D
