Uhm, so I kind of abandoned my jounral, which evidently helped me abandon thinking about the way I ate. And I just began to not care - usually that's a good thing (in a sense I guess?) but I hate myself more for doing it. Blah - the 10 pounds I lost, I gained all back. Motivation.
