Coke? That will only make it all the more worse for me. Duno how you do it, man!

It works for me cos it makes the blood go out faster thus not prolonging the pain that comes with cramps. If I manage to drink it few hours before, I may not even have cramps sometimes.

Just that in the long run, coke is not good for the health in general. Besides the sugar level and caffeine it corrodes the insides. Lols.
