So I've watched, and I've thought. And now I'm writing.

Beware, after the below rantings, I will talk about a certain point in the new previews. If you do not watch the previews, or want to know spoilers, do not look far below. I will warn when such speakings are coming up, so you can still read my rant, but there are still other ways the spoiler will catch your eye, i.e: Comments, or scrolling too fast or something. You've been ..warned or something. =)

It really did. All the cake?? I'd gain so much weight trying out cakes for my wedding, I wouldn't even be able to fit into the dress I bought for the damn thing. *Ahem* Anyway..

This episode didn't do too much for me, mainly because the things I wanted to happen, well, didn't happen. But I still will comment on the things that did.

Burketina: Burke kinda grew on me in this episode. I really try hard to focus on the character, and not the human being that is Isaiah Washington. I try not to look at the drama he caused, and just look at the character, because it makes me like him more. And you can clearly see Burke is really into the wedding and all it stands for. And Cristina is trying SO hard to please him and be into this wedding as much as she can, and we also need to give her the benefit of the doubt. Cristina has always needed to be number one, and now the first year interns are coming up on their exams, and you KNOW Cristina is just aching to give nothing better than 1,000% on those tests. The wedding is probably the least of her worries. If she were to do poorly on the exam, she'd proabably say screw the wedding.

Derek: Oh, boy. People might hate me for saying this, but I guess in a way I kind of agree with him. He doesn't want to worry about Meredith every second of the day. The only thing I disagree with was his timing, because throughout the episode, Meredith was trying her hardest to communicate, however, to me it was getting a little annoying. She didn't have to have him know what the hell she ate for lunch. It sounded like she was trying to shove "communicating" up his ass. Anyway, he just should have picked a better time to let her know that he didn't want to breathe for her anymore, but I understand that. With Addison, he never had to wonder if she was off in a dark space thinking about killing herself or anything. And now with Meredith, he worries all the time, and I think it's stressing him because he doesn't want to worry. Before he never did. He went through his daily activities, kissed her, made love to her, and everything was fine. But to know that the one you love was in that water, knew how to swim, and DIDN'T .. it makes you worry all the time. So I do understand where Derek is coming from, I just wish he would have picked a better time. How about soon after she lived? Before she was trying so hard to do the right thing. It might make her feel like no matter what she does, he will still feel like he needs to breathe for her.

Addisex .. or Addex: I knew it was coming. However, what the hell was she thinking, kissing him in the middle of the hallway BEFORE pushing him into the on-call room?! I'm surprised Mark didn't catch her THEN, and not after the fact. He's really pulling her for a loop, though. Alex kisses her, he makes the first move and all that, and then after she gives him everything she could, he says, "It was fun, but you're not my girlfriend." I mean, she INVITED him over to her hotel room for studying and you know there would be more nookie. Come on, Alex, be a man. Addison is hot! 'Nuff said.

Once a manwhore, always a manwhore?: I don't think so. Mark did the best thing in letting her go. He had held out for her. In this act, you KNEW he had wanted her, and was doing it for her, and she let go of that. It was hard, but he knew he had to let her go. He knew that if she wasn't fully into it, like he thought, it wasn't worth it. And we all thought Addison would be the one to hold out. *Sigh*

Callie begging: Am I the only one who thinks that Callie should be confronting her own husband before confronting Izzie??? I mean, I understand what she was trying to do, but she hasn't once spoken to George. She hasn't once cornered HIM in an elevator and asked him what was going on. She also has never really liked Izzie, and now has an excuse to believe that Izzie is behind her husband being distant. Again, I understand where she's coming from, and this still goes back to the episode where she told George that she felt Izzie was into him and everything. But if Callie is the no-nonsense chick we percieve her to be, then why hasn't she made the move to ask her husband what the hell is going on. It takes two to tango, and if she really believes that something is going on between the two, then she should ask the man with the penis, because without his "tool", Izzie couldn't have sex with him, or anything of the sort.

Okay, so now I've ranted. And here comes the preview ...

Okay, it's coming ..

Next line, I swear ..

And here we go! I knew Thatcher would be the one to hit Meredith, and this pisses me off, and I hope Derek goes and punches him or confronts him or something, or at least that Richard sees it, since if he's supposed to be protecting Meredith, he should tell Thatcher where to stick it. Seriously.

And this whole thing where it looks like George and Izzie are going to kiss??? I love it. And speaking of this, I almost forgot. George transferring? Not gonna happen, I know it. Throughout all this talk about the spinoff and finding out who's gonna be in the damn show, I think we would have found out that he was going to be leaving. I think that he's only saying it as a way to try and leave, but if he figures out his feelings for Izzie soon enough and ends it with Callie, I think he'll stay. I think the guilt is the thing that is making him want to go, but the shit will hit the fan, and then he'll HAVE to deal with it.

Seriously.
