Having more and more trouble falling asleep at night. Either I am in pain or I am too wired to actually let go and fall asleep. My summer has been pretty uneventful as I suspect it will continue to be. I keep cutting people out of my life and my circle of friends is on the decline. We had a position for 2IC going a while back, and I mentioned to my big head boss that I was interested in it, and even my manager said he would like to have me as his 2IC but because my head boss has some problem with me for no reason, I didn't get it. I have no problem with my new 2IC but I would have been better at it than she is...
Stick it out, I"m sure that your new person will pick it up ;)
