Well, I got the expansion last Wednesday, but didn't actually get to play much until yesterday where I unlocked Corsair and BlueMage, and got a staging point

Imperial Credits are like Conquest Points for the new areas. In order to get them you must

1. point a gun at Wewt
2. tell him if you're not allowed to join of one of his xp pts in the new areas, there will be some consequences.
3. recieve sanction from a gate guard
4. get some awesome xp/merits in the new areas ^^

well if you decide to take BLU up and it ends up being a good tanking job, that might help to choose Ethereal Earring. :D
