Don't get me wrong, I love Adam; but he just doesn't have the balls to do the things that need to be done.

I completely agree...I say we revolt! We can't let 'em take us down like this without a fight. And if Adam isn't gonna do anything about it, then we need to do something without him. I love him to death, but like you said, he just doesn't have the balls to do anything that may get him in trouble.

If Adam wasn't trying to make everybody love him he'd maybe start to do a kinda okay job. Sometimes you just gotta pisss people off and he doesn't understand that! At least if you would have gotten it (and you should have) you would stand up and say what needed to be said.
