hey hey...i'm at my friend mercedes' house in alexandria, virginia at the moment and i just figured i might as well take the time to update again while i have complimentary computer use because i'm not sure if i'll get a chance to again for awhile. the past couple days have been pretty fun as we've been making our way to the east coast. chicago ( Read more... )

just wanted to say that my brief tag-along with you guys from DC to Charlottesville was truly a thrill a minute. the fact that you guys have a really great bond was quite apparent even after y'all had been cohabiting a 5*15-foot box (er, by that i meant the van) for the past two weeks. I saw you guys play two awesome shows to small--but rather impressed--crowds, and i just want to say--you ROCK!! thank you for sweeping me away from my No.VA doldrums for awhile and for playing such DAMN GOOD shows on the east coast! may the remainder of your tour be blessed with cheap gas, copious vegan potluck (and free beer) and friendly road goblins (they do exist).

I know this was said by all there, and many times but you all were amazing. Wonderful show. Hope the last two dates of the tour went well, and that you all have a safe trip back home. Hope to see you again!
